在全球绿色转型与“双碳”目标深入实施的背景下，电子电器废弃物与废旧动力电池作为重要的“城市矿产”，其高效回收与高值化利用已成为推动循环经济发展、减少资源依赖、降低工业碳排放的关键路径。当前，随着政策支持、市场需求与资源循环三重动力的叠加，这一千亿级产业正迎来规模化、规范化发展的历史性机遇。中国作为全球电子电器与新能源汽车生产与消费大国，积极布局循环经济产业链。国家《“十四五”循环经济发展规划》已将相关领域列为重点行动，特别是将于2026年4月正式实施的《新能源汽车废旧动力电池回收和综合利用管理暂行办法》，进一步强化了全链条溯源与规范化管理，为行业健康发展奠定了制度基础。为积极响应国家战略，服务产业发展，在上级主管部门的指导下，由天津市电子学会与高登会展共同主办“2026天津国际废旧电子电器与动力电池循环利用展览会”将于 2026年9月16日-18日在国家会展中心（天津）隆重举办。本次展会将立足天津、辐射全国、面向国际，聚焦“城市矿产”的循环利用，汇聚回收网络、智能拆解、精细分选、再生材料、梯次利用及环保处置等全产业链优质企业，打造集政策解读、技术展示、贸易对接与国际合作于一体的展示交流平台。我们诚邀全球行业企业、专家学者、投资者及相关机构齐聚天津，共同探讨技术路径、分享创新成果、促进产业协同，携手推动电子电器废弃物与废旧动力电池循环利用产业向规范化、规模化、智能化与高值化全面升级，共筑绿色循环未来！

Against the backdrop of the global green transition and the deepening implementation of the "Dual Carbon" goals, waste electronics & electrical equipment (WEEE) and spent power batteries, as significant "urban mines," have seen their efficient recycling and high-value utilization become crucial pathways for promoting circular economic development, reducing resource dependency, and lowering industrial carbon emissions. Currently, driven by the combined forces of policy support, market demand, and resource circulation, this hundred-billion-yuan industry is ushering in a historic opportunity for scaled and standardized growth. As a leading global producer and consumer of electronics, electrical equipment, and new energy vehicles, China is actively building its circular economy industrial chain. The national "14th Five-Year Plan" for Circular Economy Development has identified relevant sectors as key action areas. Notably, the "Interim Measures for the Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Power Batteries from New Energy Vehicles," officially effective from April 2026, further strengthens whole-chain traceability and standardized management, laying an institutional foundation for the industry's healthy development. In active response to national strategies and to serve industrial growth, guided by superior competent authorities, the "Tianjin International Recycling of Waste Electronics & Electric Equipment and Spent Power Batteries Exhibition 2026," jointly organized by the Tianjin IC Industry Association and Shanghai Golden Conference&Exhibition Group, will be grandly held from September 16 to 18, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Tianjin). This exhibition, based in Tianjin, will radiate nationwide and engage internationally. Focusing on the recycling of "urban mines," it will gather high-quality enterprises across the entire industrial chain, including collection networks, intelligent dismantling, precise sorting, recycled materials, cascade utilization, and environmental disposal. The event aims to create a premier display and exchange platform integrating policy interpretation, technology exhibition, trade matching, and international cooperation. 为深化展会平台功能、促进产业协同创新，展会同期还将举办动力电池回收利用技术与标准研讨会、电子电器绿色设计与非金属材料高值化论坛、国际循环经济合作与投资对接会等活动。论坛聚焦行业前沿技术、标准化建设、绿色设计理念、非金属材料高值化路径以及国际合作机遇，通过“展会+会议+对接”三位一体的模式，构建从政策解读、技术交流、市场合作到资本对接的完整价值链，切实推动国内外循环经济领域的务实合作。

To deepen the platform's functionality and foster industrial collaborative innovation, the exhibition will concurrently host several events, including the Power Battery Recycling Technology and Standards Seminar, the Forum on Green Design for Electronics & Non-metallic Material High-Value Applications, and the International Circular Economy Cooperation and Investment Matchmaking Meeting. These forums will focus on cutting-edge technologies, standardization, green design concepts, pathways for high-value non-metallic materials, and international cooperation opportunities. 资源再生与深加工：贵金属（金、银、钯等）回收提纯技术、稀散金属（铟、镓等）回收技术、塑料再生造粒技术与改性应用、玻璃、有色金属（铜、铝等）的再生利用、废旧电路板高值化利用技术与装备等；

二、废旧动力电池回收利用

回收网络与仓储运输：电池回收网点建设方案、退役电池检测、评估与快速分选技术、电池安全仓储系统、特种运输装备及安全解决方案等；

梯次利用与储能应用：电池健康状况（SOH）检测与残值评估技术、电池包/模组重组与再制造技术、梯次利用BMS管理系统、应用于基站备电、储能、低速电动车等场景的梯次利用产品等；

再生利用与材料回收：物理破碎分选成套装备、湿法冶金技术及装备（浸出、萃取、沉积）

、火法冶金技术及装备、直接修复与材料再生技术（正极材料、负极材料等）、锂、钴、镍、锰等高价值金属的回收提纯产品等；

I. Waste Electronics & Electrical Equipment Recycling
